From the creator of "The Performance Artist"!

Another excellent flash! Your drawing skills have definitely improved from your previous works; the proportions are better and everything here looks great. The humour isn't too bad either, although it would have been more fun if we'd seen the inventor go through a few designs before he settles on a final one. The animation went well with the music, too.

Thanks, Esn! You are absolutely right, this cartoon would be much better if the character was shown trying several of his contraptions before the concluding gag. As a matter of fact, that's how the piece was planned and storyboarded, but in order to meet the deadline of a festival competition I entered, I did this abreviated version. When time permits, I will revise it and make the improvement you suggested.

Nice.

Leisurely, friendly, and well-made. Good animation and excellent voice acting. Funny as well. What's not to like? ;)

One thing, though: How does it help UNICEF's cause? I'm a bit confused on that point, but nevertheless it's a good flash.

I don't understand...

O.O

...yes. Umm... well... I'm usually open to all kinds of weird stuff but that was quite strange. Perhaps it's because I don't know who Roger Moore is. This feels like some really obscure inside joke which much less than 1% of the poulation will get. It's well done, funny in its own bizarre way (although some animations are repeated a trite too often) but you should try making something with more universal appeal next time.

Awesome!

The soundtrack was amazing! I really mean AMAZING! That definitely brought up my enjoyement of this video. The actual animations were a little sparse, but they were definitely good. I'd reccommend that you keep picking away at this little by little to change those few things that you think could be done better with the graphics; it's certainly worked so far! Among the things that I liked were the lips singing "lalala" (although the lipsynching was a bit off), and the photoshopped images. The 3D animations were excellent too, such as the tie-fighter coming toward you.

Good.

The voices were well-done, the story promises to be interesting, and the graphics were very good (although in parts they looked a little rushed and messy & I got the feeling that you chose some scenes so that the graphics would be easier to draw). My only complaint is that it seemed a little long somehow; I never really got a sense of involvement in the story. Still, this is only an introduction, so I'm sure it'll get more involving in later episodes. Good job!

Wow, cool!

Great colours, imagination & style, and I loved the 3D walking effects! The ending really surprised me, too; made my sympathize with the tall blue guys. the only bad things were that there was one point when the music just stopped, and the characters weren't drawn so well (a bit too sloppily). This is really cool... make more!

I like your style...

...but honestly I think that you took too many shortcuts in creating the animation. More detail and greater use of colours could have made this into a more impressionable flash. Because of this, slow sections of the flash that might otherwise have kept my attention because of the unique style were more tedious to watch than they should have been.

I liked it, but I think that with a little more effort it could have been made much better.

Astonishing!

Your series gets better and better with every new episode! This episode was the funniest flash you've ever done yet! Absolutely hilarious. You're definitely on the right path here, although the one thing this episode lacked was a grand conclusion. Perhaps you could continue this story in the next episode?

Interesting character designs

Admittedly, I didn't like the face of the main character (he looked like he had a japanime cat-grin on his face the whole time), but for the most part it was very unique; I got that awed feeling that I get sometimes when I'm watching someone's very original vision. The music was sometimes great, especially in the scene with the dog and the airplane, but at other times it was too laid back for too long and the flash seemed to lose momentum. The slow pace isn't a bad thing (well, at least for me), but I'd suggest that in future flashes you keep more of a sense of momentum going, whether it's timing the actions to the music more or in other ways.

Good job, on the whole - make another!

Wow, who did the voice?

That sounds exactly like somebody I know. Scary...

Anyway, it was very funny and the animations were well done. My only real criticism is that it could've been a little longer (maybe a collection of commercials?)

Feel free to PM me if you want to see the scores to any of my music.
