Well drawn. Be sure to upload some more of these. I'm pretty sure that photographs of artworks are not considered to be "photographs".

If I were to critique, the tail does look a little unnatural - it looks like a solid block rather than feathers.

I would scout you based on this, but the first "hastily drawn" thing you submitted makes me hesitate. Which one of the two will be more representative of your future submissions?

I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I do like it. You clearly spent a lot of time on it, and there's a lot of interesting stuff to find in it. Your drawing skills are clearly untrained, but you make up for it with imagination and persistence.

Please submit some more.

...don't submit it to the Art Portal. Let's try to set the bar a little higher than this.

That said, the face itself is okay. But really basic.

Great painting, I love the minimalist shapes and colours.

Question: why is the resolution so tiny? Is this an inherent trait of the art portal, that you can't submit things in bigger resolutions?...

There's a limit of 4mil px. but I seem to have trouble uploading on this connection. I have full quality photos on my hard drive which show all the detail on the sky scrapers on the horizon. If anyone needs more info PM me. Thanks for the positive comments. Glad you thought the minimalism worked in its favour. :)
